Josef Petrescu, brother of the circus’s former owner, searches for the truth behind his injuries, his fractured past, and a malignant presence feeding on the minds of the desperate. The mood is relentlessly uneasy rather than action-heavy, using silence, grim revelations, and unsettling locations to make every new clue feel dangerous.

Most of the adventure revolves around examining environments, speaking with disturbed locals, collecting useful objects, and solving inventory-driven puzzles. Mirrors act as the central twist: crossing them moves Josef between parallel timelines, allowing players to compare altered locations and uncover details unavailable in the other reality. Journal notes and recovered memories gradually give context to the plot, while short survival-oriented sequences interrupt the slower investigation with moments of direct peril.
