PANELKI casts you as a utility worker in a bleak, snow-covered Soviet-era housing complex. Your goal is to earn enough money by taking odd jobs—mostly clearing snow from entrances, rooftops, and buried cars—to buy a ticket out of town. The game's atmosphere is a mix of post-Soviet realism and deadpan humor, with gray streets and relentless snowfall that make even a simple stairwell feel like a victory.

We spent several hours wandering the procedurally generated neighborhoods, and the attention to detail is impressive. The buildings are fully explorable inside and out, and you'll find basements and interiors that provide warmth and scavenging opportunities. Keys, bulbs, flashlights, and other supplies are hidden throughout, adding a light survival element.
