Setup Guide & Troubleshooting
Is Field of Glory: Kingdoms completely free?
Yes. The v1.0.6.6 build with all DLC is offered as a free download at 4.55 GB from the link on this page. Keep your security software enabled and review any detection details before running files.
How do I install Field of Glory: Kingdoms?
Download the 4.55 GB archive, extract it to a Field of Glory: Kingdoms folder using 7-Zip, then open the extracted folder and start the game normally. If you see missing DLL errors, install the dependencies from the _Redist or _CommonRedist folder inside the game directory.
What is included in this version?
Version 1.0.6.6 ships with all DLC included, so you get the complete campaign set without separate downloads.
Does it work with Field of Glory II: Medieval?
Yes. If you own Field of Glory II: Medieval, you can export campaign battles to that tactical game, fight them in greater detail, and import the outcome back into the grand campaign.
Why does the game say the file is corrupted?
The full archive is 4.55 GB. If your download did not complete, extraction fails with a corruption error. Re-download the full file and extract with 7-Zip before trying other fixes.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11, a 2GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, a 2 GB DirectX 9 compatible graphics card, DirectX 9.0c, 7 GB available storage, and a DirectX compatible sound card.
